If you are interested in enrolling your child please call our office for enrollment availability. After speaking with our office please feel free to print out a form. Once completed, return the form to our office and your child will be enrolled, or if necessary, added to our waiting list.
No enrollment can be accepted without a completed registration form.
If you have any questions about our program before enrolling your child, or at any time, please feel free to print a copy of our policy book.
If your child has allergies, dietary restrictions, asthma, or any other health-related condition that our center needs to be aware of, a Medical Health Plan must be completed on or before the first day of enrollment. Depending on the severity of the allergy or condition a physician’s instructions and signature may be required.
